THE SHORT VERSION

  1. Don't fill out forms. Open a job, type what the customer told you the way you'd say it out loud, and tap ✨ Read my notes.
  2. Check what it read. A sheet shows every detail it pulled out. Untick anything wrong, then Apply. Nothing saves until you press it.
  3. Price it. On the Charges tab tap Price it from my rates — labor, travel, minimums and fuel, itemized. Every line stays editable.
  4. Email them. Tap ✨ Draft a follow-up, read it, hit Send. It never sends on its own.
  5. Your rates live in Setup. Change them once and every new quote follows.

The AI never does anything behind your back.

It writes drafts and fills blanks. It does not email anyone, it does not change a price, and it will not overwrite a number you typed — anything that would replace your own entry comes up unticked, showing the old value next to the new one.
